The greatest icon of the post-war era, it's no wonder that a set containing important rookie cards of Carl Yastrzemski and Willie McCovey is still dominated by Mickey Mantle. The offered specimen of "The Mick" possesses a high-quality image supported by bold red and yellow color. The centering is really accurate for the issue while the corners and edges are suitably NM/MT or better and the reverse is freshly printed. We've seen quite a few '60 Topps Mantle cards at this grade level and this one in particular is an admirable specimen fit for any advanced Mantle collection or '60 Topps set.
