A virtual afterthought as an 8th round selection in the 1990 NHL Draft, left-winger Peter Bondra began a 16 year NHL career that will likely land him in the Hall of Fame. A two-time 50-goal scorer, Bondra was a model of scoring consistently, topping the 30 goal mark nine times and leading the Capitals to the playoffs in 10 of his 13 seasons with Washington. Presented is a wonderful game-used hockey jersey, worn by Peter Bondra during his rookie season with the Caps in 1990-1991. This CCM size 54 gamer has the Maska manufacturer’s label inside the collar and exhibits extensive game use, with stick marks, paint transfer, and board burns evident throughout. There are also some small, unrepaired holes on the sleeves. LOA from Rich Ellis, Mile High Card Co.
