"Big Mac" smashed 49 homers to win Rookie of the Year honors in 1987 and continued his tear through the major leagues for 16 seasons. The presented jersey was worn by Mark McGwire during the 1990 season when he hit 39 long balls and won his only Gold Glove award at first base. The Rawlings size 50 label and team affixed "2 90" swatch is sewn into the front left tail, and McGwire's familiar black marker signature appears between his name plate and jersey number on the reverse.
