Perhaps the least known of American leaders, Chester A. Arthur became the 21st President of the United States just six months after his election to Vice-President, the result of James Garfield's assassination in 1885. Arthur's clean fountain pen signature is offered here, signed on thick cardboard and mounted to a U.S. Government card that bears his likeness and a postage stamp from 1938 that honors him.
