Cy Young won more games than any other pitcher in baseball history, but even in his younger days, his chances of winning a penmanship award was zero. And it didn't get any better with age, but he getting paid handsomely to throw baseballs, not sign them. It's rare to find a single signed baseball by the legendary Cy Young, but this specimen is even more impressive because Young has added an inscription of "1890" above his name and "1911" below it, the starting and ending years of his illustrious career. The ball is triple authenticated, getting the nod of approval via LOA from JSA, SGC and PSA/DNA. An incredible ball for any world-class collection!
