While many major league records fall with every passing season, the game of baseball has changed so much over the last century that some milestones will likely stand forever. One that appears to be the most untouchable is the 511 career victories by Denton True (Cy) Young. With that in mind, coupled with the fact that he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in its sophomore class of 1937, it's no wonder that Cy Young autographs continue to be among the most coveted by historians and collectors alike. Offered here with pride is a single-signed Cy Young baseball that displays the unmistakeable autograph of Young on the east panel. The ball itself shows the usual areas of scuffing and toning which, thankfully, largely avoid the area of the enchanting endorsement. The red stitching appears faded but the manufacturer's stampings remain bold and prominent. Single-signed Cy Young balls don't come up for auction every day, and this one is certainly worthy of inclusion in any world-class memorabilia collection. JSA authenticated.
