Here's a pose that is all too familiar to opponents of the 1920s-30s New York Yankees teams; Babe Ruth looking skyward and admiring his handy work as another of his 714 lifetime homers leaves the yard. Taken in the 1930s around the time of the legendary "called shot" in the World Series, there is a row of photographers kneeling to the left of Ruth capturing the moment on paper from the other side, though getting a shot of his back probably doesn't make for as interesting a photo as the daring photographer got with this oversized gem. One of the more spectacular photos of "The Sultan of Swat" doing what he did best! Measures an impressive 13 x 15 1/2 with LOA from PSA/DNA.
Exceptionally Scarce 1930s Babe Ruth Oversized Original PSA/DNA Type I Photo
