Wide receiver Linzy Cole played three seasons in the NFL, mostly on special teams. The offered helmet was used by Cole during his rookie season with the Chicago Bears in 1970, also his only season in Chicago. This RK-2 suspension helmet is factory stamped with the original Riddell and Kra-lite logos and features the original, well-worn jaw pads and headband. The inner shell has faint remnants of black marker "25-1" which attributes the helmet to Cole. Solid game use is evident, with hit marks and missing paint exhibited. LOA from Lou Lampson/Vintage Authentics and Mile High Card Company.
